Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions relate to all training courses booked with The Performance Partnership Limited:
Booking Price
All prices quoted are subject to the addition of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
Payment
Payment in full must have been received by us as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the training course booked. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of delegate access to the training course booked.
Cancellation
If, for any reason, you have to cancel an agreed booking, this must be notified to us in writing, and the cancellation fees will apply as set out below:
Notice Given
- Less than 1 month 100%
- Less than 3 months 75%
- More than 3 months 50%
Alternatively a substitute delegate can be provided.
This course is not transferable to a future date or course.
The Data Protection Act 1998
Any information supplied by the users of this website will be retained by The Performance Partnership on a database and will be used to compile either a paper delegate list to be distributed at the event,or an electronic delegate list on the web. The information may also be used for marketing purposes and you could be contacted by letter, fax, telephone or e-mail with details of future events and courses organised or promoted by David Shephard, The Performance Partnership Limited, Magick LLP, and/or The Profitabilty Partnership LLP which may be of interest to you.
Returns Policy
If any product purchased from this site is faulty, you can return it within 28 days after receiving the same. We will replace the product free of charge or, if the same product is no longer available or available at that price, refund your payment. After 28 days, no refund of payment will be made.
