Welcome to our page about The Performance Partnership’s new Loyalty Programme.
As some of you already know, we have been working behind the scenes on ways that we can improve the way we do business and take our customers’ experience to a whole new level. I realised that fundamentally we hadn’t changed our business model since we started in 1993 and then it was based on what I observed from already successful NLP businesses. The model has served us well over the years and there always comes a time for change and a fresh approach.

As such we are moving to a value-based proposition. We believe that our success is wholly based upon the value that we provide to you. If we want to increase our success we need to increase your value!

The first of these changes is our new Loyalty Programme. From now on whenever you invest in a training programme or product from The Performance Partnership you will earn loyalty points. Each point is redeemable against any future training programme in part or full payment.

From a recent survey we discovered that 86% of our new customers come from personal referral. So, from now on when you refer someone to us your loyalty account will be credited for the training programme they attend. Again the points you earn are redeemable against any training programme that you want.

Our training programmes would not work so well without the excellent support that our delegates receive from our coaching assistants. Because of this, from now on, whenever you coach on one of our training programmes your Loyalty Account will also be credited.

To get you started we have already credited your account for training programmes you attended during 2005 and 2006. You will shortly be receiving a statement of your account.

The points are yours to use against any training with The Performance Partnership. And to encourage you to allow your points to build up, there will be special unique exclusive events that will only be available to Loyalty Programme Members with high balances. More details will be given in the near future.

As a member of the Loyalty Programme, you will also be able to get preferential rates at hotels, restaurants and retailers in the Chiswick area when you train or coach with us in the future.
